In the 90s, I was very impressed and influenced by Satish Gujral's style and so, I tried out these sketches. Now once again I feel like getting into it.



When I saw this painting very beautifully rendered in acrylic, by a young talented artist from town, (name unknown), it reminded me of international artist Buwa shete. After a long period of time, I found his paintings, amazing!!!

One of my first paintings, tried to adapt the Tanjavur style, but not with real gold.
The paintings are mount with pure silk maroon fabric and framed with golden frame.

After a very long time, we had a real arty exhibition of freshers in the town. A company had organized this event for their staff. I was plesantly surprised to see such beautiful work done by them. Unique styles, different media, varied sizes and a wide range of subjects... I am impressed! and yes... thanks for a creative boost!

The above painting is one of my best friends- Pallu's. Subject: Meera and Krishna, media -Acrylic on canvas. The other one was the series of 3 paintings in acrylic.
